MODEL HARASSMENT POLICY AND TRAINING VIDEO

The Code of Good Practice on the Prevention and Elimination of Harassment at the Workplace requires employers to adopt a harassment policy that substantially complies with the provisions of the Code. The Code also requires employers to conduct ongoing awareness programmes to reinforce and maintain compliance with its harassment policy.

With these objectives in mind, Worklaw has provided subscribers with a Model Harassment Policy, which also contains guidelines and instructions on its implementation and possible variation to suit individual circumstances, and a short training video.
