TRAINING MATERIAL

The training material equips delegates with the skills to chair a disciplinary enquiry or to represent an employer or an employee at the enquiry. It provides for a 2 1/2 day workshop covering the following 4 modules:-

• the law of unfair dismissal
• the law of evidence
• preparing for an enquiry
• conducting an enquiry

The training material consists of both a trainer's manual, providing detailed instructions to train each section of the workshop, and a delegates' manual. The delegates manual (141 pages long) consists of comprehensive notes, roleplays, exercises, case studies and many other interactive training methodologies.
